Nutrition: An Honest Overview

,
Our bodies have the ability to regenerate from almost any physical condition, if we give our cells what they need! One of the key components to keep a cell healthy is 'right' nutrition.

What is right nutrition?
Our cells require proteins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes, etc. to optimize.
FACTS:

1. 8 out of 10 deaths in North America are diet related.

2. We are the most Disease-Ridden, Addicted and Obese culture in earth's history.

3. Our largest selling products are Antacids, Laxatives, Deep Fried Foods, Coffee and Alcohol.

4. Our produce is only as good as the soil. Our overworked soil now contains only 8% of the nutrients we had 100 yrs ago.

5. Toxic Pesticides, Herbicides, and Preservatives used to grow our foods and extend shelf-life, are killing us.

6. Cooking food destroys the Life-force and Enzymes for assimilation. No Nutrients getting into the Cell = No Life.

7. Living Certified Organic foods, especially RAW, have the perfect Matrix of Energy so the body can regain the balance we have disturbed, and begin to regenerate.

8. Because of soil depletion and deficient foods, WE MUST SUPPLEMENT NUTRIENTS.

9. Practise proper food combining for maximum assimilation ie. Don't mix carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, etc.) with protein (meat, fish, cheese, etc.) as they won't digest. Fruits are to be eaten alone. *Note - if you haven't had your colon cleansed do so Yesterday! Absolutely incredible way to start over with your body.

10. We are not cows and cannot process dairy.

11. Many, if not most of us, are gluten (wheat) intolerant.

Protein is the foundation of the cell. The body produces some proteins but some we need to get from our foods so WE MUST SUPPLEMENT OUR PROTEIN NEEDS. The number one best protein source for the human body is HEMP. Hemp has high quality globular Edistin protein that is similar to egg whites and most resembles our own body's blood plasma for 75% assimilation. Animal protein is less than 25% and down as low as 2% if it's cooked. Lack of protein will show up as wrinkles, fatigue, weakness, skin conditions and stunted growth. Starting your day with a hemp protein smoothie, adding liquid minerals, hemp oil, plus berries in alkaline water will support your adrenals, in fact all metabolic processes, big time!

Minerals. Lack of minerals can cause muscle spasms, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, migraines, osteoporosis, cerebral infarction and anemia. There are not enough minerals in our food, so WE MUST SUPPLEMENT OUR MINERAL REQUIREMENTS. A good liquid mineral supplement will contain 70 to 90 vital minerals, most of which we are missing to some degree or completely.

Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids. They reduce inflammation, lower risk of heart disease and cancer, reduce inflammation and arthritis. They are important for memory, behavioural function, healthy vision and nerves, energy, healthy skin, balanced mood and good circulation. They are essential because our bodies don't make them so WE MUST ADD THEM TO OUR DIET. Hemp Oil has the perfect ratio of 3 and 6 Essential Fatty Acids that our bodies love.

Since there is little to no nutrition in our food, we must look to concentrated supplements in order to 'feed' our cells. Make sure they are organic as well. If they are not, and you are taking in toxins, you are pretty much defeating the purpose.

After many careers, I find myself at the helm of a budding enterprise called the Ultimate Products for Life Regeneration Centre, offering exquisite tools and technologies that absolutely, positively help us rejuvenate from virtually any body condition, naturally.

I believe our experiences enable us to recognize where we need to let go, allowing greater understanding to flourish and support us. I love assisting others to reclaim their bodies and Spirit.
