The medical fraternity has determined that exercise is something that is essential for everyone. A hard day at work can take away plenty of energy. Therefore, it has to be admitted that people returning from work will feel tired. They would not have any energy left to indulge in such activities. People who are involved in physical labor also face a similar problem. Even though they are accustomed to working hard they worry about how they will recover for another day of hard work. This is again an indicator that these people are taking more time to recover from the strenuous activity which they are involved in. These are genuine reasons, which must be considered and credit given to the complainants for making their inability known.
