2- Plan “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” –Harvey Mackay in the same journal you wrote your goals in, write your plan plan to reach them. Will you be working out everyday ^ packing meals ^ practicing yoga ^ whatever it is … plan it!
3- Set Reminders 1. Post your goals where you’ll see them every day!
2. Create an inspiration board with photos, quotes, and inspiring pictures! 3. Binge when you get home from school ^ Set a cell phone alarm at that time with “Remember your goals” as the tittle! Try out different things to help keep you motivated! 4- Visualize Imagine how you will feel once you reach your goal. Really visualize yourself feeling accomplished and proud. Take that moment, and remember it. Use it as fuel to push you toward whatever it is you are working for. And soon as you start to quit …take a moment to meditate on this thought. “ decide what you want, decide what you are willing to exchange for it.
